Starbucks

The slowest Starbucks ever. If you have choice go somewhere else, definitely un happy. I always do mobile order ahed because my schedule its very tight, last time I waited and waited for my order and then I said to the employee that I wasnt able to wait any longer tlso I left with nothing, she didn't even offer a refund or something else to at list try to apologize for the long waiting.... Not raccomended

Staff are friendly and efficient but DO NOT GO INSIDE TO ORDER. Ordering in person ALWAYS takes at least 10xs longer than ordering on the app or drive thru. I am sure it’s not the employees’ fault, and a result of some policy from higher ups, but to stand in the cafe and watch dozens of online orders and cars go thru while waiting for an in-person order is beyond frustrating.

I really don't go to Starbucks a whole hell of a lot because I have had bad experiences at other Starbucks but the Starbucks in the Jennersville shopping center is top shelf! Because I never go to Starbucks ever I always tell that to the servers in there and because of that I never know what to get. So I always tell whomever is serving me to get me whatever they get themselves. I am never unsatisfied with whatever they give me!

It is good because it is clean and spacious. But I needed to wait to order even there was no other customer...I didn't want to interrupt quite a lengthy chat (not related to purchasing coffee nor services) between a staff and a customer while standing by to get welcomed.

Will the REAL Venti please stand up... Normally, this place get 5 Stars from me However, not this time. My husband and I love their Guava Black Tea; he prefers extra sugar, while I like it as is. Today he bought himself his usual and went back later to purchase one for me. There was a distinct, noticeable difference in cup size. Not sure if we'll be back.
