Starbucks @ Smith’s

I ordered my drink on the app and it says it opens at 6am. She didn’t come in till 6:40. I waited 40 min for my drink and the girl wasn’t even concerned that I had waited long. Don’t come to this location if you want a coffee with convenient timing. The phone number doesn’t work either for this location. At 6:35 I tried to call and cancel my order from my car, but that didn’t work so I went in and picked it up. Don’t use the Starbucks app at this location because you’ll be disappointed. My drink tasted good, but it was a rough way to start my day! No drink is worth a 40 min wait lol! I hope that smith’s management with take this into account because I won’t be coming back and I imagine others have had the same thing happen.

They are supposed to be open at 6am smiths employee says they normally show up at 6:30…and they are on thin ice with corporate already! Yikes! My Clock shows 6:34AM AND NO ONE LIGHTS OFF. It’s the holidays too! No lights or cheer here…boo sounds like no body cares…yet…🃏❤️

I ordered a summer-berry lemonaid. It tasted good but there was way too much ice and not enough lemonaid for the number of boba pearls. I now have a cup of ice and boba pearls.

Trinity is the absolute best! She makes my drink EXACTLY how I like it and she's always SOOOO sweet! She's the only reason I come get coffee from Starbucks! Thank you Trinity for being the best.

Milo is the best! Energetic and happy to help. I walked away happier because of their customer service and my yummy iced tea.
