The worst customer service she Just keep doing other staff well we are standing to order and she. Is telling us that she has other things to do this location needs attention.

My daughter loves Starbucks, just like her Mom did while she was alive with us. So I tend to frequent the locations for her. It still reminds us of mom. This particular location would do much better if they had a traffic light for turning into the plaza. Heavy, heavy traffic prevents you from being able to turn immediately and sometimes can take a min or 5 for traffic to clear enough to turn. The drive through is a tight squeeze as the store is located right next door to a car wash... So be careful pulling in. Other than that you are greeted very friendly and you definitely can get your coffee fix for the day.

The Starbucks app says this location opens at 6am. I arrived at 7:45 am and this location is closed. It’s closed because the staff hasn’t shown up for work! 1:45 after their opening time and still no workers! And this isn’t a one off situation, this happens weekly at this location. Not sure why management can’t seem to hire reliable staff but this location is poorly ran! Can’t wait for the new Starbucks on Hwy 78 to open!!
