I enjoy Starbucks not only for the coffee but because people are super nice there. I have a good experience every time I go... Well your morning staff today certainly chose not to deliver on that. Even when I asked her if something was wrong because of her snotty attitude she just got snottier. Born and raised in seattle, I was super excited when they put a Starbucks in St Cloud I have gone to this one three times and regretted every single time. It's overpriced coffee and wild delicious I only go there because people are nice, not this location though, slow and surly!

Lovely staff that makes the atmosphere so homely! They were also very eager to sing happy birthday for my dad when we stopped in for coffee. Lovely place!

Check out your newest Starbucks location , located in Saint Cloud, Florida. Located next to the Mavis Tires & Brakes and also directly across from the Walgreens on canoe creek road. Upon arriving I noticed a “Now Open” sign and I decided too go inside. I’m so excited there is a Starbucks in town, it’s a perfect place too have a refreshing drink, have some fresh air on the outdoor patio and get some work done. I was greeted with a warm welcome when I came inside , Lisa, Giovanni and Maci were so energetic and gave me a-lot of information on the store opening. I’m looking forward too sunny days on the patio and a refreshing drink too cool me down.

One star because negative scoring doesn't exist. I tried to order my drink and asked for a splash of cold brew and they refused to do that unless I paid for a full drink of cold brew. Both shift managers were not accommodating and the manager was not concerned either. I had to call customer service because it was really ridiculous situation. Customer service credited me the money for a full cold brew so that I could have a splash of cold brew in my drink. Which just cost the company money. This is not customizing or customer service. Disappointed. A $9 drink and a straight no for a splash of cold brew which probably already went to waist dripping from the nozzle within the time it took to have a conversation. Just ridiculous.
