Stopping by the Starbucks located in Concourse C at Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) was an absolute highlight of my travel day. Despite the high-traffic environment of an airport terminal, this location was immaculately maintained. The entire area—from the counter to the waiting space—was noticeably clean, which is a huge plus when traveling. Beyond the cleanliness, the service was truly outstanding. The entire team was extremely polite and genuinely friendly, offering warm smiles and efficient service even during a busy rush. I want to give a special, highly-deserved shout-out to Danayt. At first, I expected typical airport Starbucks: long lines and slow service. While I did experience the long line, they were slightly faster in taking order than I expected. So that was a plus (although they lose points for turning off order ahead through the app and yet still had signs advertising order ahead). But, at 8:15 on a Saturday morning, just as I finally got to the counter to order, a barista announced that they were completely out of all dairy milk, and only oat, soy, and coconut were available. Really? At 8 on a Saturday morning, you’re already out of milk? Very disappointing, and the alternative milk latte I received was NOT very good. $10 wasted.

The coffee was just fine, but these compostable lids are absolute TRASH. Burn my mouth and spill my drink with every sip. You need to fire the engineer that came up with these lids. At least engineer them so they have the same design as the plastic lids.

MOBILE ORDERS ONLY They had a sign in front of the registers that read "mobile orders only". I don't have the app and am not downloading one for a single cup of coffee.
