Good spot and employees are friendly. Pretty clean compared to rest of the Starbucks been to. Got brownie and chocolate chip cookies warmed as well and it was good.

Imani, Amani, Nukiya are the only reason I visit this starbucks almost everyday. Always warm and friendly. They actually know my name how I like my coffee. That kind of customer service is far and few in between these days. I’ve gone to other starbucks for years and they treat you like they’ve never seen you before.

As a former Staten Islander who retired as a NYC Public School Teacher for District 2 and 31, I am happily retired corporate consulting for all my friends and family who own mom and pop stores and franchises- ie: Chipotle, Zambelli Fireworks, Artichoke Pizza, Goodfellas Pizza of SI......I am happy to say that this particular location at the Empire Outlets by The Staten Island 🏝 Ferry, all of their baristas and managers are well-trained, positive vibes all day, that this is the only location I go 2 on SI. They give me peace, calm, and are my 3rd place after my home and workplace. Everyone should get a plaque from corporate hq stating #1 on Staten Island 🏝 4 BEST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! EVERYONE DESERVES A RAISE AND A PROMOTION ASAP. I LIVE IN PITTSBURGH PA NOW AND I CANNOT STOP COMING HER

Title: Warm Cappuccino, Warmer Hospitality! Review: I stopped by this Starbucks today and was thrilled with the experience. The place was spotless, the staff incredibly kind, and the young lady behind the register went above and beyond to help me connect to the Wi-Fi and even taught me how to pronounce "Biscotti" correctly! My winter delight tart, short cappuccino, and vanilla almond Biscotti were all delicious. The modern decor and cozy warmth inside were perfect, especially with the freezing weather outside. The breathtaking view of downtown Manhattan from the terrace made it even better. Speedy service, great ambiance, and incredible hospitality—five stars!

This is the first visit to Staten Island branch! I took me a while to recognize I have a Starbucks store in front of me as I don’t think it was obvious to the eye. Nice decorations inside but I was shocked to read their sign says “ Starbucks guests only, 15 min sitting duration “ which made me thinking again before purchasing or staying there!!!!!! I won’t go there for sure!!!!
