Unprofessional Customer Service Experience I am writing to bring attention to a disappointing customer service experience that occurred during my recent visit to Starbucks. After placing our order, the barista held our completed baguette sandwiches in her hands for several minutes while engaging in conversation with other staff members. During this time, our order was not acknowledged or handed to us. When we politely approached her to receive our baguette sandwiches, she responded with an unpleasant look and did not offer an apology or explanation. After receiving our order, we said “thank you,” yet there was no response—no acknowledgment or “you’re welcome.” The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, which is not the level of service we expect from Starbucks. The employees do put the lids securely on the drinks. The lids were only placed on top of the drink, and not actually attached. When I went to pick up my drink, the lid fell off and it spilled all over me before a flight. When my husband picked his drink up by the lid, only the lid lifted. It was not even attached! Everything else is a good and typical Starbucks experience but pleaseee be sure the lids are on the drinks :(

I traveled noon on a Tuesday while the airport was less busy, so keep that in mind. There was no line and service was good. My order was correct, food was fresh. No complaints. You can purchase a North Carolina mug here from the ‘Been There’ series if you happen to collect them. This location is in terminal 2 by gate D14 of the Raleigh/Durham airport.

The service was very poor. They had zero cane sugar at the bar. Starbucks COFFEE had zero cane sugar at the bar. When I asked for sugar, they said they didn't have any more. They also claimed they had two packs behind the line. When I said I would take the sugar they had behind the line, they told me I couldn't have it and that they couldn't give any to customers. They claimed they didn't have any cane sugar at all, which is something a coffee shop should keep in stock, and they had a bad attitude about it. The coffee bar should be checked regularly. I was the first customer needing sugar, but there would've been others behind me or arriving later who also needed sugar. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I didn't like the staff. Stop here this morning, to get my iced coffee and a ham and cheese on my way to my flight. Line was long as expected- I mobile ordered, & then stood there and watched the girl make my drink wrong (using the wrong milk) When I said something about it, she rolled her eyes, Dumped it out, And took the sticker off and stuck it back in the drink order. I then proceeded to watch her make four more drinks while my stickers sat there. When she finally grabbed my sticker, She grabbed an open gallon of milk from behind her (That had been there for who knows how long, Because my iced coffee is not cold.) I still tried to be nice because I understand that it’s not easy to work in an airport, and deal with jerks all day long, when she handed it to me, I gave her a smile and thanked her And she didn’t
