Denise helped me today, and she was incredibly kind and caring. She made me feel comfortable and truly welcomed. I really appreciate how she took the time to help me with my drink and made sure it was exactly what I needed. I ordered the dragon fruit drink, and she did her best to make it perfect for me. Thank you so much, Denise — you are amazing.

Starbucks is always good but total chaos from the staff. Serving ppl out of order. The 1 server overwhelmed the cashier should've stopped taking orders and helped. 20min to get 2 coffees. While unknown orders are piling on the counter.

Really nice staff. Very positive and polite despite being understaffed. When I said lots of places are finding it hard to find workers, she said that it is because of the local corporate offices that they can't schedule enough workers. They have enough staff, but aren't allowed to schedule them as needed. Pretty stupid since you have a super good staff here, and if you make the conditions miserable enough, they'll head for greener pastures, as the expression goes.

I went through the drive thru today got my favorite drink ever the iced pumpkin cream chai. My Lucy had her first ever pup cup after her first grooming appointment and the worker at the drive thru was an angel. Always fast and excellent service! Lucy and I will definitely be returning.

This location is constantly a disappointment. Drinks are always made wrong, there’s just always something. Today I ordered two drinks and 3 Food items. I ordered egg bites for my daughter. They wrong on the bag they didn’t have them. Okay, no issues. My husband was trying to ask if they had any other options and was told no without a second thought and walked away. The customer service sucks for the prices and the quality this location serves.
