Starbucks

Every damn time I go to this Starbucks they get the order wrong… how hard is it to look at a recipe card and make the drink? This company has too much money to be opening a store with half trained people. GET SOME EXPERIENCED PEOPLE OVER THERE TO TRAIN THEM!

Pack your lunch because these folks don't get into a hurry about serving. My breakfast sandwich had to be remade by me because the bacon was crumpled into a pile instead of placed across the sandwich. It's almost as if three attitude is that us customers are there for the servers vs the other way around. Management should get all over this before yet ANOTHER Starbucks fails in this town.

For only being open one month things are going well. Currently closed at 4! So the review before mine makes no sense because it says the closing time on the door. I assume it will keep getting better and better over the next few months.

It’s new so the amount of business they are getting is off the charts but anytime I have gotten something from there the service has been awesome and the drink has been great! They are running with only 2 ppl at nights which I’ve had my fair share of while working in the fast food industry but they are doing amazing and making it work that’s for sure! Huge shout out to the amazing staff.

My carmel matcha, 2 gouda-bacon sandwiches and Carmel iced coffee was great but it took forever for our order. We were in line quite awhile and the line of cars behind us grew. I realize this is a new business but perhaps more training is needed? No one wants to wait in line, 15 or 20 minutes or more, for an order which I imagine the line behind us did.
