Starbucks

I never write reviews but I’d give this Starbucks zero stars if I could. We were traveling down I-95 and stopped to get a quick drink. Service was so slow. Slow enough that our family of 5 all got out to go to the bathroom while waited in the drive thru. There weren’t many people inside so not sure why there was such slow service. Once to the window and after still waiting atleast another 15 minutes, we received 2 drinks and a cake pop….still missing 2 drinks. After waiting another 10 minutes, the barista comes to the window to say they have to evacuate because the carbon monoxide monitor was going off. We asked for a refund on the beverages we didn’t receive but she told us they had to evacuate as well and would not be able to help us until the fire department came and they were cleared t

My experience here wasn’t as good as I expected. The waiting time was much longer than usual, even though the store didn’t seem very busy. I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this visit felt inconsistent compared to other locations. I hope the service becomes more regular and timely.

I recently stopped at this Starbucks during a road trip, and it was exactly what I needed to recharge! After hours on the road, it was such a relief to find a familiar spot where I knew I could get a great coffee and a quick bite. The staff was super friendly and efficient, which I really appreciated since I didn’t want to waste any time. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, with plenty of seating if you wanted to take a longer break. But even as a quick grab-and-go stop, it was perfect. I also loved the easy access and fast service—it made getting back on the road a breeze. Starbucks is always a reliable stop on any trip, and this location was no exception. If you’re on the road and need a pick-me-up, you can’t go wrong here!

Traveling I95 and made a stop at Starbucks in the late afternoon for lattes and pastries. Our pastries were delicious as usual. The lattes, were a fail. Watered down & very weak. We were already back on the highway & the disappointment was real. Try before you drive away! 🥺

I’ve been coming here for about a week to get some work done, and the staff has been such a bright spot in my day. The woman working the counter has been genuinely refreshing—upbeat, kind, and attentive, even during busy moments. It’s clear this location can get very busy and sometimes feels understaffed, but the team works incredibly hard and moves fast to get orders out while still maintaining a great attitude. Their positivity and effort don’t go unnoticed. Really appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the dedication of the staff here. It makes a big difference.
