Starbucks

Worst location in the area and I believe it all stems from the manager Dave. This store has poorly trained employees and long wait times followed by inaccurate drinks being made. If Dave would train his employees I believe the store would be great. There are some rock star employees that hold this store together despite the poor management of Dave. Ever since this manager showed up this location has gone down hill. Under Dave's leadership drink quality has sank and Dave's lack of training follow through is apparent in the quality of service now recieved daily. This store is joke and solely due to Dave's leadership here. I would be happy to report back when things improve.... but dont hold your breath. Lets see if upper management cant get a hold of this disaster location or is this another

I tried ordering a large as I do every other Starbucks that I go into and of course some fairly decided to say some name for a size that literally meant the word large in Spanish so I just said "sure if that's the large". When I got my drink it ended up being a small. This is the only location where I've had this stupid problem. I felt like Paul Rudd on that Role Models scene. It was just stupid. If somebody asks for a large that means that you want the damn large, not some small you guys refer to as large in a different language just to look stupid about not knowing how to size things. Should've known it would happen when I looked at the little fairy and instantly got a whiff of rainbows on him.

very rude girl making the drinks. I asked for oat milk, they made it with regular. Ok, I understand it was busy so I asked if it’s oat milk they said no and remade it. The girl said “bruhhh” because she had to make it again. She made it with whole milk again and slammed the drinks down. I just walked out because her attitude was gross. Stop hiring incompetent, rude, entitled teenagers.

Simply writing this review because the staff are so lovely! I even had one of the baristas remember my order and we get excited to try the new drinks!

I don’t recommend going in the afternoon. Especially if you aren’t familiar with Starbucks or their menu. Very curt. They were in midst of closing so I understand they were trying to close and go home. Had straws thrown over the counter, when asked for them. I’ve gone once before had a great experience the one lady had given me a recommendation that she had created. This time was disheartening. Timing takes a toll on experience. Be quick & know what you’re getting beforehand.
