Starbucks

I ordered Venti Dragon Drink with strawberries and it looked nothing like the picture. Picture shows pink beverage with dragonfruit chunks. My drink was white and didn't even have the dragonfruit. They gave me the strawberries and took out the dragonfruit. Why? From now on I'm going to the Target Starbucks. I should be reimbursed for this!

This has to be the slowest location in the world!!! Made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt, try them 3 times and to my surprise they were able to get slower every single time!… even when you order ahead you end up waiting over 20 minutes…

Terrible service, you will wait 20 minutes everytime. Coffee is great but not worth the constant wait. This place really needs better management!

I am new to town. This was my first time ordering at this location, had an amazing experience. The best Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso I’ve ever had. Plus the ladies at the window were so kindly sweet.

Consistently terrible product. Orders not prepared correctly. Waste customers time and money. Store is full of boxes and not properly stored product. There is a cooler in the lobby. Baristas pull their dirty phones out of their pockets while preparing orders. The lines are always long whether they have 2-5 staff working. Terribly managed.
