Don’t waste your time .. They took forever (not rush hour forever but excessive 25+ minutes), don’t have any sugar cookie flavor left although it’s only December 2nd, and the lid fell (as it wasn’t on properly) completely off as soon as I attempted to place it into my cup holder. The staff was friendly and apologized for the wait as she shoved the card reader at me asking for a tip (appears on screen)! You will not be happy here and wish you had went to Dunkin, like myself !!

This Starbucks at 7010 Gall Blvd is a really nice spot to relax or get some work done. There’s plenty of seating both inside and outside, which is perfect whether you’re meeting up with someone or just enjoying a quiet moment with your coffee. The location is convenient, clean, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Drinks came out quickly, and everything was made just right. Overall, it’s a solid go-to spot for a good cup of coffee and a comfortable atmosphere.

At first I was upset as they gave me a rather sad sandwich but without me saying a word they gave me another one. Not sure if they saw my disappointment or knew that it was made mediocre lol. Thanks 👍 Great service!!!

My sister and I did this trend we saw online and the assistant manager was so down to earth and made it happen for us. The drink we had of course was the pumpkin spice latte and it taste amazing inside the pumpkin we carved. Thank you Zephyrhills Starbucks for letting us to do it. We latte ya a lot 🤎

This location is incredibly slow, and they have been out of multiple drink ingredients every time I've been here. It also takes 20 minutes to get through the drive thru every single time we come here. It doesn't matter whether you have low staffing or if it's supply issues, because both mean one thing: POOR MANAGEMENT.
