Stark County Health Department

Not very helpful when the person working there remains seated at their desk and doesn’t bother walking up to the counter. Also, if you need immediate access to your cell phone to use Google why is that information not immediately shared to you at the counter, especially for vision impaired people? (Birth/Death certificate) Earlier I was at the Clerk of Courts office in Canton, there was someone right at the window and I received all the records I requested within 10 minutes. Now that is Customer Service!

The lady assisting me was very informative and very helpful! It was nicely decorated. I learned a lot on my visit.

Took my fiance here after her spleen was removed. The nurse we worked with was top notch and went above and beyond. My fiance's GP is horrible--he was supposed to fax over important paperwork which never happened so the nurse took to the phone to get the job done. Just an excellent facility with excellent staff.

The nicest staff I have ever met. The receptionist is like an angel. She truly cares about the people she serves and makes you feel welcomed and included. Very friendly atmosphere! I have to give a huge THANK YOU to Ashlee Wingerter, BSN, RN. She was professional, kind, and very helpful during my visit. She has incredible energy and is so dedicated to her profession. She made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and accepted. We need more professionals like her. God bless her!

Went in for a COVID booster... super friendly reception, very helpful staff, the nurse who gave the shot did it correctly, and they have a lot of services available I think the general public doesn't think about. Good work for sure.
