Stash's Pizza of Norwood

Recently moved Boston to canton. Looking for best new take out. Pros: lot of menu options. Specialty pizzas and subs are solid 8/10 good. Salads are very fresh, and large portion sizes. Cons: I’d say prices are too high but everything is now. Result: would go back, especially if I want a big side salad I can trust to not be wilted.

After the controversy, I decided to give this place a chance, given I’ve heard about this place for about 20 years. So I went simple with a large cheese pizza. TRASH. When I was putting it in my car I smelled the box and instantly knew it would be nasty. It smelled like freezer tomato sauce. And when I got home I confirmed it. It was pretty gross. I regret spending $29 on a large cheese that was TRASH. Like never again. Go to pleasant cafe in Roslindale if you want really good pizza.

We ordered delivery. The chicken fingers were excellent. 9 out of 10. The large cheese pizza was cooked as requested - crispy/ well done but WAY too much garlic. Either the sauce or the pizza itself has a ridiculous amount of garlic. Was not good. It should never over power a pizza to that degree. We couldn't eat it.

Hands down the absolute best Buffalo chicken pizza I have had. Incredible. 10/10. The girl behind the counter was sweet & helpful. The kitchen was clean and organized. I will be back!

$21 for an Italian sub!!! I went to pick it up and almost fell over when he told me $20.33 for the sandwich. I told him never in my life, apologized and walked out. I won’t give it to them. Perhaps in 20 years they will get that but absolutely not. Compare with other pizza shops in the area. They come in at 40 percent more. Others have complained about the cost as their response was inflation and they get the good stuff. I went down the street and got two footlong subs at subway for $15.50. It was good stuff!!!
