Steak 'n Shake

Ordered lunch through the drive through and the manager in charge of the position, She was very rude and had zero customer service skills. She rushed the whole process in an unnecessary way and she at one point told me to hurry up and let me tell you I was not taking my time. I asked for a triple burger with no cheese, no pickles or onions and she had the audacity to have attitude because of that. And the order was wrong. And the sweet tea that was ordered was unsweetened. Also at one point she told me to hold on like I was the problem! I only order 4 things for myself, my fiancée, and my two kids. Seriously, if you can't handle working in fast food look for another job. I worked in the restaurant business for 20 years and I would run circles around her all day while still being kind to

Ordered an event Valentine Dinner for 44 people, included double steakburgers, fries, onion rings, and shakes. The food was prepared when we arrived and we were loaded and on our way less than five minutes after scheduled pickup time. Staff was efficient, very personable, and even prepared an extra shake when I turned one over in the cooler. The hot food stayed warm, and the shakes stayed frozen as promised. Definitely recommend this restaurant!

The lady with the braids and grey shirt had the nastiest and rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. The inside was closed and she rolled her eyes when we attempted to pull the door. People were inside eating so it was easy to think maybe the sign was old. Then once in drive through she CONTINUOUSLY cut me off while I was placing my order. I hope she is not a manager cause working under her would kill the morale. At the window she wasn’t any better. I was trying to ask for condiments and she closed the window before I could. I would never visit this location AGAIN solely because of her poor customer service. Even my kids were like “what’s wrong with her?” She was an embarrassment as an adult working at a family establishment behaving so poorly.

Very good food for a very good price!! I ate inside for the 1st time on this visit because I just wanted some alone time. I was able to peruse their kiosk as I was placing my order & saw that they had onion rings as well, so I added those instead of fries & they were absolutely great, hot & fresh & the price was decent too. The staff was friendly & my visit was very pleasant.

Went on my lunch break to grab a frisco melt and cheese fries. Didn’t get the cheese when was no big deal. Rolled back around asked for the cheese and the manager who was working the drive thru immediately was angry with me. I apologized and tried to be very courteous with her as she seemed to be having a rough day. I stated that I asked for cheese fries and then she replied that I did not and that it would be $1.30 for the cheese. Again not a big deal. I asked her what I did wrong to make her so mad and she just ignored me. I told her she was being mean for no reason and then asked for a manager. She cut me off and ignored me. I had to pull around again to get her to speak to me. When I pulled up the window she was visibly angry. I asked for the manager and she explained that she was and
