If I could give a zero I would this location is a disgrace to all Resturaunts operating I was the 3rd car in line tonight in drive through. Remember 3rd car I ordered a strawberry shake and a chocolate shake. Ok I waited 30 mins in line the first car got 1 bag of food and I waited 45 mins for that to happen why Did you not move the car up so others could get their order? 2nd car 1 bag of food quick and out. Then I got melted shakes. What the heck then they acted like it was not their fault they sure had a lot of people working in the kitchen then they had a guy on the cooks line messing with the trash and touching food. Heck I never got my receipt. Never again. They don't care steak n shake knows they are the only show in town at night. Bad, Bad experience I won't be back.

Not impressed. Obvious problems with staff motivation.Arrived at a non-busy time (8:30 PM) Waited nearly 5 minutes to be seated. It was another 5 minutes before the server came to the table. It was 15 minutes to get a milk shake after my order was taken. When I tried to check out, the girl said "I'll be right with you" then proceeded to talk with whom I assume are her friends for several minutes. After waiting at the register for several minutes, the manager asked the drive through order-taker to check me out. He was unable to make change for the $10 bill I handed him, and the manager had to drop the cooking that she was doing to finish checking me out. The girl never did stop talking with her friends. This was hands-down, the WORST restaurant experience I have EVER had! Please look at my

The drive through took 20 minutes in sitting before our order got placed. We saw two other cars leave as we waited. I wouldn't have stayed but we had gift cards 😑 definitely not worth the gas I wasted. Update: waited half an hour total. Watched 6+ cars drive away but we were already stuck (already ordered and gift cards). Watched the staff flirt, check their phones, chatter, and waste away time at the pick up window while we waited the other 10 minutes after paying. They gave us our shakes. I complained and asked for my money back. The guy had a very rehearsed line about getting the manager, got the manager: she refunded our cards and asked for the shakes back. Out dinner for 2 adults and 3 kids, 30 minutes of gas, and lots of frustration. Went to Culver's down the block: waited 5 minutes

I can't even explain how unorganized and ridiculous this place was. We waited for a long time before anyone seated us, then another 30 minutes with no service whatsoever, then waited at the counter for another 15-20 minutes trying to order our food, plus waiting for it to get made. The lady who seated us and took our order kept going on and on about how it was her day off and she had come in to eat with her kids. The guy in the kitchen kept saying that he should not have come to work today. While we were at the counter one lady who dined in refused to pay her tab because of the horrible service, and another lady came in to complain from the drive thru because they messed up her order and she had waited 30 minutes. Such a mess. And the food wasn't even good when we did get it. Thank goodnes

I was part of a large group. When we showed up we asked if they could accommodate us. They said yes. We got our drinks in 45 minutes and out food in almost an hour and a half. We arrived at 12:39 on a Sunday and left at 2:42. The registers couldn't get our tickets separated. It took about 20 minutes to check out. We found out there was one cook and to waitresses there. My daughter was crying because after all that wait her hot dog buns was soggy and the hot dog was Burnt. I had very to go to Burger King so she could have lunch at almost 3 in the afternoon.
