We were looking for something quick, affordable and delicious a Steak N Shake did not disappoint! We had the sweetest waitress, we didn’t have to ask for a thing, she was super friendly and helpful when I had trouble making a food Decision! Ask to sit in Harmony’s section!

It was you're average Steak and Shake, nothing to run to get but overall good experience. The food was hot and quick, my son got the hotdog, daughter got the cheese burger, my wife got the chicken tenders and I got the chili cheese fries. We all enjoyed our meal, nothing to complain about. I recommend for a quick sit down burger spot.

My partner and I were pretty hungry in the wee hours of the night, and luckily Steak ‘n Shake was open. Our cashier was speedy, patient and friendly. I wish I could give the Bradley park exit a -100 because that was hell trying to navigate. Overall, this was another good experience with this restaurant and will be coming back when needing to fulfill any “munchie” needs.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered a burger here and asked for no cheese. When I received the burger you could clearly see that it had cheese on it, but they removed it before they gave it to . It also had hair in it. They couldn’t care less.. This is the second time they did this, so I asked for my money back. They refused to give me my money back. They offered me a gift card or to remake my food. I told them I did not want this because I don’t trust them to make my food. The food has hair and cheese on it. They don’t have safe food handling practices I would never come back. I talked to the general manager, and the district manager and all they offered was a gift card. I will be getting a lawyer to sue them and I will be calling the health department since they have no remor
