Steak 'n Shake

Message for management:. All the vintage chrome in the dining area is dirty and rusting. A little attention to these details would sure make the place look nicer and the fixtures last alot longer. All the stools and chair legs are Very dirty and rusting. Love your brand. Hate to see things get run down. As a general rule, if the dining area is not being cleaned properly, the kitchen isnt cleaned and maintained well either.

This is and will always be my favorite place in the whole world. I’m literally addicted to the garlic burger. Can’t live without it. I live in Canada, and go back to Florida for that garlic burger. I’ve never had anything that good I can’t describe how heavenly it tastes. Also, last time I went, an employee came up to me and told me she loved me (love her too) so the employees slayed ❤️ Steak ‘n Shake over anything else

Food was absolutely amazing. I dont have this where I live. The beef tallow fries are great and much healthier. I love the Frisco. Manager was super nice, I asked about the area and he was very informative. The reason for the 4 stars is because it feels cold, you have to place your own order on kiosk and no one greets you anymore. It lost some of its luster due to covid they had to make those changes to stay open I understand.

Just went (1/18) and the people working were sooo nice. A guy’s wife was disappointed by the chili and one employee was super helpful and offered to make her something else. The same employee came over and gave my baby a car and coloring sheet. ❣️ The food was fresh, quick, and yummy 😌 They were generous with the cheese on our fries! With all the change that’s happened with Steak n Shake, at least the service has stayed excellent

Went by today for lunch, the lady that normally works the window on Tuesdays is always so awesome and welcoming. Then this burger and presentation 💯
