Steak 'n Shake

We’ve been here 4x in the past six weeks. FYI we don’t really eat fast food. The fact that they cook with tallow was what motivated us to try them out again. Super thankful to see that the place has great management. The entire restaurant is clean. The employees are helpful and friendly. It’s made to order so it’s always fresh. Generally not crowded, tonight a Friday has about 1/2 capacity. I’m thinking word hasn’t gotten around that this location must have a new management team.

This place has gone up and down over the years. I went through the drive through on Sunday afternoon. 3 cars ahead of me. The line moved quickly. Staff on the speaker was welcoming, and courteous and clear. At the window, service was friendly, fast and order was correct. Food was hot and tasty. I would go back.

Just went through the drive thru and there was a young guy named William who was just amazing in the window! He made me and my wife very happy to be served by him! Keep doing what you're doing my guy! And to the management you better be taking good care of this guy!

Zamya (I hope I am spelling her name right, if not, sorry girl!) was 10/10! Her customer service at the drive-through was amazing, she gave our pups some whipped cream with our order. It's the kind of customer service we don't get anymore! She's absolutely a gem :)

First time visiting this location. The staff was very nice, and other than not putting lettuce on my burger (had to ask for it once the food was done), the order was correct. The burgers alone didn't taste seasoned, not sure if that's how it always is, but they were perfect once I added a little myself. The restaurant was very clean, and I love how they have the self serve drink area with the cups and everything available at the same spot.
