Stella’s Diner in Camillus is a gem. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family—something that’s becoming rare these days. The food was great, the coffee was solid and comforting, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Our waitress, Jennifer, was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made the whole experience even better and really embodies what great service should be. There aren’t many restaurants left that keep this kind of tradition alive, but Stella’s does it right. We’ll definitely be back.

Stella Diner in Syracuse is a solid classic. We had the French toast and an omelette. Both were fresh, tasty, and hit the spot. Portions were generous, service was quick, and the vibe was relaxed. It’s the kind of place you go to when you want a no-fuss, satisfying meal. Would definitely come back.

Service was awesome people were friendly I'm sorry but the food is just not worth it not for $16 for a western omelet.... home fries/ w ono no drinks ... maybe it's me but that's just too much I didn't realize I spent that much till after I ordered it it just wasn't worth it anymore. But then again, it ain't 1980 anymore.lol

Great atmosphere and good food. My wife, myself, and a friend had breakfast there. What a fun casual vibe. The place was really busy which is no surprise as it was Sunday morning. We had a 20 minute wait. There is a waiting area inside the restaurant as well as in a foyer near the front door. You put your name in the book when you come in and they call you when a table is free. Lots of staff and they were really friendly. It looked clean but there were some things that needed a dusting such as the stretcher bars under the chairs etc but overall it was clean. It has a classic diner feel. The food was good and came out fast. Prices are reasonable.

The Stella's Diner located near Destiny Mall has a very good reputation. We went there some years ago, but the line outside the door was so long we decided not to wait. So, we were happy to discover that they opened a second location near where we shop at Fairmount Fair. My wife and I both ordered the Stella breakfast sandwich which comes on Texas toast. I ordered mine with American cheese and sausage and my wife requested provolone and bacon. To begin on a positive note, the fried, over-medium eggs were cooked perfectly, and there were 2 per sandwich. However, the rest was not so good. The Texas toast was barely toasted on the outside and not toasted on the inside. The result was thick but fragile, doughy bread that had to be handled carefully to avoid it falling apart while attempting to
