I’ve been with Stephen now for about five years, and he has been fabulous to work with. He’s very knowledgeable, and he would never steer any of his clients wrong. Count on him to have your back, and to make sure that everything is correct before he sends off the tax returns. He may be busy often, but if you ask me.. it’s because he does a wonderful job and takes his time with each individual clients work. He gets an A+ in my book!

Stephen Shickel's discriminatory refusal to offer tax services to the queer community is disgraceful and unacceptable. It's disheartening to witness such bigotry in today's society. We must stand together against this kind of discrimination and demand change. Don't give this guy your time or money.

Contacted this business after soliciting local recommendations- my first year filing taxes as a Virginia resident. The secretary had me resend tax documents 3 times as they weren’t clear she stated. On the 4th try - I finally provided clear .jpegs (she was on the phone with me as I sent them to her to ensure we’d clear documents to file). She stated we finally got clear copies. After 5 phone calls over the course of 8 working days It was a go! As the filing deadline was approaching weeks later I called them to ask when the tax docs would be completed. The secretary stated that “oh we don’t have clear tax documents and you’ll have to drop them off. “ they never contacted me to state that they needed better copies- (so this was my 5th attempt to get them documents !) I was agitated beca
