I had the most wonderful experience at this location. I scheduled an appointment to have the Nexplanon contraceptive implant in my arm (which I would recommend to any women who are thinking of an alternative to the pill), and I was fortunate enough to have been seen by CJ, their nurse practitioner. She's fabulous. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and also super professional. At the end of my visit, their staff was kind enough to assist me in getting my WIC transferred to their location and I even ended up walking out with vouchers that I hadn't yet picked up from the Myrtle Beach office! I would strongly recommend visiting this location. The staff are so helpful and pleasant. I will definitely be back for all my family planning needs!

Everyone was super nice during my visit! I was a little nervous to get my Nexplanon implant, but heard good things about Dr. CJ and let me tell you, They were all true! CJ was fantastic the whole time and made sure I was comfortable during the entire appointment. She did a fantastic job with my Implant too. It was quick and painless. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely love this place!! Doctor CJ and the staff at Stephens health department are the best!! I went to get a form of birth control. I decided to go with the IUD. CJ made me feel at ease and the procedure was a breeze! Best health department(And cleanest) I've ever been to! Recommend for sure. Worth the drive if your not in Little River SC. Very helpful staff😊❤

Do not go here or take your children here. It’s impossible to get copies of their visit summaries for their pediatricians office. In addition, parents have zero access to your children’s records unless they give consent (as minors). I’ve never seen or heard of such a shady practice in my life. How are you going to tell parents they can’t have access to their own children’s medical records?

Did not offer a concent form for me to go back with my fiance and then my fiance said they made him uncomfortable because I couldn't go back when they did not offer a concent form and there was only one female in the room with him no cameras and was touching his private area when last time I checked was and is not part 9f any procedures considering they have a sign saying we do not provide any medical type of service and the woman had a cocky attitude when she called him in the back and I asked to go back with him I trust mines but definitely no other females Unprofessional as it could have been
