I engaged Carmina, Sr. two years ago. He has completed my returns twice and "managed" an audit assessment from my 2019 returns advising me not to pay. That issue was unresolved for 8 months. The audit was correct and I paid. Carmina agreed by phone to compensate me for accrued interest plus his fee for "resolving" the issue. He has done neither nor does he respond to phone calls or emails. In two years we have never met or had a one on one conversation. In two years I actually saw him once for about 30 seconds. Recent communication, however, indicates an opportunity to rectify these issues. I look forward to that and adjust my rating in anticipation of a positive outcome.

Steven is extremely knowledgeable and professional. You get treated like family and not just another client. I highly recommend him and his team to all of my friends, family and anyone looking for tax help or accounting needs!!
