**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Innovative Distillery with Exceptional Food** My partner and I visited Stone Groove Stillhouse on January 15th and were thoroughly impressed. They use sonic energy to shape whiskey flavors through their proprietary music process. We tried the "Sample Tracks" flight featuring all four house whiskeys. Owners Jeff and Christa were incredibly informative, explaining the why behind their decision to open and the fascinating science connecting music and spirits. My favorite was the Classic Rock Rye, though the Jazz Fusion Single Malt had the sweetest profile. The cocktails were amazing and worth visiting for too. Stumbled upon Stone Groove Stillhouse and it did not disappoint. Sophisticated ambiance, artfully crafted cocktails, a solid playlist and seriously good food. 🥃Cocktails: In For The Kill, Tragic Kingdom 🍽️ Food: Queen Caesar, The Burger, Chicken Milanese. We’ll be back to try the Crispy Mushrooms. The service was incredible. What makes it extra special: they’re the world’s first audio stillhouse, using genre-specific music to influence how their whiskey develops. Highly recommend the whiskey flight—you can actually taste the difference.

This might be the best spot in all of Orange County, potentially California. I want to gatekeep it, but also can’t let this place fail. You absolutely cannot get any better than this place. The music-agitated whiskey might seem like a gimmick, but you can’t deny the difference in flavor and depth. The ambience of this place is great. Music sounds incredible. Staff are informative and friendly. Food is great. You actually cannot get better than this.

Drinks were truly out of this world at Stone Groovehouse Stillhouse, and it was the perfect place to host my event from start to finish. I absolutely loved the unique concept of using the sonic energy of music to age their spirits—it adds such a creative and unforgettable dimension to the entire experience. The atmosphere, the craftsmanship behind every pour, and the attention to detail made the evening feel extra special. Huge kudos and heartfelt thanks to Christa Duggan, the co-owner, for going above and beyond to make my event so memorable and meaningful.

Amazing experience! This is the best concept of a distillery/restaurant that I have ever been to. The owner is playing great music from vinyls. He greeted us and made sure we were taken care of. The cocktail options were amazing and tasty, In it for the kill was our favorite. The food was fantastic. And the Whisky bourbon was delicious. We went as a work dinner with 6 people, and one of the people from our group is a bourbon connoisseur and was blown away with their quality and taste. We will be back again! Keep up the great work Stone Grove!
