Stone Oven

I ordered 2 bbq chicken sandwiches and got one with burnt meat. The lady giving out the order was rude. My order wasn’t in a bag and when I asked for one she asked me if it was to go. I said yea and she threw the bag at me. When I said thank you, she ignored me. Why are people so rude, doesn’t take much to be kind.

This is my first time eating at this location but I love the pesto chicken sandwich one of my favorites I actually live out in the San Fernando valley and I always get the one closest to me but everybody was kind and friendly and the sandwich was just as delicious thank you

The guy who took my order asked if I wanted to add chicken, I said no. He rang yo the order with the chicken anyway & charged for it. I didn't realize until I took a bite out of it & tasted chicken. I go to return it & say this has chicken, I said no chicken. He said "You asked for chicken bro." I say no I didn't because I'm a vegetarian. Then he asks for my order & I give him the number. Then he says I picked up the wrong order. I say I asked the woman who called out the number to confirm it was order number X & she nodded yes. At this point I ask for a refund. When he's done processing it, I tell him, "Next time, before you blame the customer for being wrong, make sure you have everything right."

I love the food here, but I wish there was one in the South Bay area. I have to go all the way to Culver City. That is very far. Thats why I only gave it 4 stars.

I came by to order and they said they were no longer serving food at 7:00 they were cleaning up and putting drinks away. What time does this actually close? Your hours online are at 9.
