Straight From New York Pizza (Downtown Salem)

I had such a great experience at the downtown Salem location of Straight From New York Pizza! Daniel was so welcoming and sweet from the moment we walked in. He made us feel right at home and had such a positive attitude the entire time. The pizza was not only AMAZING, but also super affordable — you really can’t beat the quality for the price. Fresh, flavorful, and seriously some of the best pizza in Salem. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I liked my pizza from the Commercial Street location better. I ordered the Margherita one twice, once from this location and once from the one on Commercial St. That one was infinitely better! This location is tiny too! I mean really small! My Grandson and I barely fit side by side down the aisle. He's only three years old so its not like he takes up much space lol. The service was great at this location though. Very friendly.

Been visiting periodically for 30 years. Music is nice and seating is bar style with outside seating available. Pizza is very good and authentic style but a bit pricey. Restrooms are barely adequate which is forced by the very confined location. Soda selection is very limited. Has expanded to two new locations which can deliver via at least Door dash.

Really can't go wrong here. Whole giant pies on Monday for half what "fancy pizza" sells for? These are delicious, and the vegetarian (which I normally don't go for) is over the top!

Excellent pizza. Good price, a perfect crispy crust. Gotta love a pizza joint that not only has red pepper and parm available, but a shaker of oregano too. Will be back next time I’m in town.
