I didn’t really know what to expect when I placed an order for the brisket quesadilla with bacon potato salad. I just hoped that it would taste okay and satisfy my hunger. From the first bite, I knew that this meal was going to be worth every dollar that I spent. The brisket was so tender and flavorful and the melted cheese, pickled onions and salsa were its perfect companions. Then I tried the potato salad. The color isn’t appealing but the taste certainly is fantastic. As great as the food was, I found myself getting full halfway through because of the generous portion. . So, I immediately grabbed a to go box and I can’t wait to enjoy my leftovers tomorrow. I might end up back at Alamo Beer in the next few weeks just for the food because it was the highlight of my time there.

The brisket bowl was incredible. Amazing Texan and Mexican flavors throughout: from the smoked brisket, to the Spanish rice and beans 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 the pickled onions made it even better. by far the best food truck that Port rossa has had since I lived in this neighborhood

This is a food truck located currently at Alamo Beer Co. I ordered the Chicken Quesadilla that came with one side and optional variety of “trimmings”. It was SO good!!! It was plentiful enough to split the quesadilla with another person. Very tasty potato salad and pinto beans as sides. And other meals I saw being served looked yummy and very plentiful. Others in my party had the brisket quesadilla and had very positive remarks. Nice guy also☺️. Give it a try.

​5/5 Stars! ​Absolutely amazing food! I had the chicken tacos and my hubby got the brisket quesadilla—both were packed with incredible flavor. Just a heads up: the red salsa is spicy, but I personally loved the kick! Loved everything about our visit. Usually i take pictures of the food but we went straight to digging in!

Delicious food. I always get the quesadillas and the portions are great. Have tried all the proteins and I really can't choose my favorite. Both salsas are flavorful with just the right amount of heat.
