Stuft Burger Bar

Super disappointed in this place. We came in for dinner and were really looking forward to some delicious burgers but, that did not happen. Three of us ordered the bison which came out extremely dry. Even the regular burgers were dry. We all asked for them to be cooked medium rare and the came out medium. Neither the meat nor the fries had any flavor to the them. Half the time our server was working the bar so we had to ask other servers for napkins and forks. The two star rating is for the shakes which were delicious especially when we added Kaulua to it

Great place in the heart of Fort Collins Colorado. Right on College Ave close to Colorado State University. Food and service were outstanding. Shout out to our server Frederica. Good for a date night, or with a group of friends.

Lived in Ft. Collins for years and finally visited for the first time. It was incredibly busy for a Valentines lunch but Amy did not disappoint. She was friendly, timely, and made about 100 milkshakes during our visit it seemed like. Amy was the happiest milkshake making queen I've ever seen! I would love to come back and have her whip me up one!

This place fumbled the basics on a birthday meal with the family. My dad ordered the Hangover Burger, which literally comes with a fried egg. The burger showed up with no egg. That’s not a small detail—that’s the defining feature of the burger. No explanation, no fix offered save for a small discount on the food. We also ordered a Huckleberry Mule and it was laughably weak. It tasted like flavored soda with a vague memory of alcohol. If you’re going to charge for a specialty cocktail, it should at least resemble a real drink. I don’t mind paying burger-bar prices, but I do expect what’s listed on the menu to actually show up, and for cocktails not to feel watered down. My fiance and I went to Stuft recently for Great Plates and we had a great experience. Our server, Ava, was beyond helpful and gave some fantastic menu recommendations that she swore by. Her service alone will be a reason we return in the future!
