Su Casa’s in Sinclair is hands down the best Mexican food you’ll find anywhere and especially along I-80. Located at 705 Lincoln Highway, Sinclair, Wyoming 82334, it’s a small, family-owned Mexican Cafe where you can taste that their recipes come straight from their roots in Mora and Las Vegas, New Mexico. These are family recipes that have been passed down through generations of the Maes family, made with fresh ingredients and tradition and love that you can taste in every bite. The restaurant itself is a quaint little cafe, maybe 30 seats total, with about a 10 or so booths/tables. Don’t let the size fool you, the food absolutely delivers. My husband had read about their green chili and it did not disappoint! Everything is homemade even their tortilla chips which were thin and crispy. It's not a chain Mexican restaurant but delicious authentic Mexican food. Our waitress was so friendly which made the experience even more enjoyable and the price for everything we ordered couldn't be beat. Thanks for a great lunch!

It was a total surprise how good this place was. I had the green chili dish and loved it. It was super tender and tasty. Portions weren't huge like at a lot of Mexican restaurants but the food was so much better. Feel like they put quality over quantity and I am a fan.
