Absolutely delicious!! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Simple delicious sandwiches as they should be. The amount of toppings was perfect.
I ordered my husband a sandwich via door dash. His sandwich was delivered. One half of the sandwich was just bread cheese lettuce mayo and one piece of meat the other was 2 pieces of meat and the previous toppings mentioned. When I called, Jo answered the phone, he was very unfriendly, I asked him if I could speak with a manager regarding my recent delivery. I gave him all my information. I explained what was wrong and asked for a manager because I wanted a refund. Jo got increasingly rude and told me that I needed to contact door dash, which is fine, but then I asked to still speak to a manager as my sandwich was terribly made he said come on we make these all in house there is no way. I said ok, I have a picture would you like me to send it to you. Jo then hung up on me. Awful service, f
I thought I would give this place a try and snag a sandwich for lunch. Service was nice. It’s a little hole in the wall joint and typically those places have good food. The topping options are listed on a poster in the window and do not advertise that they cost more to be added. No big deal really. But it would be helpful. I place my order for a half sub or roast beef and cheese. They get all toppings correct and the meal came with chips a can of soda and a cookie (looked home made-yum). Total was $15 before a tip. When I opened my sandwich all was looking well. Super thin slices of pickles and meat and cheese. It was well put together and looked great. Once I took my first bite it was clear something was bad on the sandwich. Upon further inspection I came across a hair and bad meat. Won’
I ordered a $21 turkey sandwich from them on DoorDash and then I guess because I didn’t select bacon turkey and avocado again they gave me bread filled with condiments and lettuce. I even took a picture and couldn’t get a refund. I figured I would be selecting ingredients beyond the name of the sandwich, turkey bacon, avocado I didn’t know I would have to reselect that to get it on the sandwich. This was a weird and sad experience.
1 star all around. The food, the service i received, and definitely the atmosphere. The amount of meat on my sandwich was just SAD, especially for 14$ Jesus. I could make a better sandwich at home or go down the street to jimmy John’s and get a better sandwich for 3$ less
