Sub Station II

This sub shop was a really pleasant surprise. The wheat bread alone is worth mentioning—it was fresh, soft, and had great flavor, easily better than what you get at many larger chains. The ingredient selection was excellent, with plenty of options to customize without feeling limited, and everything tasted fresh and well put together. Prices were very reasonable for the portion sizes, which made it feel like a solid value overall. What really sets this place apart for me is the convenience; it’s so much easier to stop here than make the longer drive into town just to go to Jersey Mike’s. Quick, good food, fair prices, and no unnecessary hassle. I’ll definitely be coming back when I want a reliable sub without the extra trip.

Nothing worse than enjoying only the second bite of your sandwich and ending up with a long strand of hair in your mouth. I nearly threw up. I called and offered to drive back in the event they wanted to see the sandwich since nearly the entire sub was still intact and they had no interest. Offered to replace my sandwich that I paid nearly $16 for but I’m sorry, I just can’t stomach eating from a place again when something like this happens. Did not offer to refund my money. I will never eat there again. Yuck!!

I LOVE a #19 large sub All the way with banana peppers and all the season. It's sad to sat but 100% Fact That This is the BEST meal in Sumter !! No where else is cosentanly Fresh and customer service Top !! They know my order when we walk in. Lol. I always go in and order and do in person and Always amazing customer service , Fresh food and veggies. Just the Best in town ! Keep up the amazing quality In Bread and meat and veggies .. I'm a forever customer and will always chooze over ANY restaurant here in sumter. Because all others are IFFY" you don't know if it's good or yuck till ya get it. Here it's always good and I like to take it home cut it smaller sandwiches heat up add xtra cheeze And ear when hungry AM grateful to have this one Good, consistent restaurant to eat

I ordered online to be able to pick up on my lunch break and end up not being able to have lunch today. I ordered a grilled chicken breast sub and got a super sub. I don’t eat pork. I called and spoke with Sandra and had to ask for an apology for the mistake because it wasn’t offered. Really disappointing. I spent $46.46 today with my family meal included.

I was impressed with this corporate substation until my last two visits. My most recent order came rushed and dry and wasn't how I ordered it which was all the way with oil, vinegar, onion, tomatoes which my order didn't have any of it. I understand that I might have ordered online close to closing but please have people orders correct.
