Subs 'n Such

I forgot the name of the sub, but it was delicious. It had homemade ranch sauce. This is definitely the best sub I have eaten and I’ve eaten at many sub establishments. I was even provided with a to go ranch sauce cup. I’m going to put that on everything!

I haven't had the occasion to swing through Lakeland in several decades, but I was delighted to find that Subs 'n Such is still around after my first exposure in the mid 80's. Service was fast and friendly, and their veggie sandwich was legitimately the best veggie sub I've ever had. I had been expecting something like a Publix sub and was planning on just picking up some Tofurky for it, but this Veggie sub was phenomenal on its own such that I didn't bother. The broccoli was chopped well, so there weren't overly large pieces to gnaw through while still adding depth of texture, and I was pleased they put green olives on in addition to the black. The cucumbers, carrots, spinach, et al just helped finish tying the room together, and I'd recommend it to any veg*n looking for a solid meal. T

This is honestly a hard review to leave because the people working there were nice and not rude at all, but I feel obligated to share our experience. We stopped by this sandwich shop in Lakeland around 11:50 this morning and ordered a cheesesteak. There was no line, and the food came out in about five minutes, which in hindsight was concerning. The meat looked grayish and didn’t appear freshly cooked. Shortly after eating, my husband had to run to the bathroom, and I have been feeling sick all day. It’s really upsetting because the staff seemed kind, but getting sick after eating somewhere is something no customer should have to experience. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I want to warn others to be cautious. Food safety is extremely important, and I truly hope this is taken

I was feeling super depressed and I started to feel better when I was walking through the parking lot and saw that really pretty mural on the side. Then I had a really nice lady come up to me while I was waiting in line to take my order. And I sat down on the bench, watch the cars drive by, and had this calm feeling while surrounded by a bunch of pretty flowers and ferns in the quiet shade. Instantly reminded me of those nice moments with a good sandwich make life worth living. Plus, you know the food's good when you see a bunch of construction guys outside waiting for sandwiches. Never been here before, but this is my new favorite

Great tasting food, but check your order before you leave as they have given me the wrong order the last 3 times I visited.
