Extremely disappointing experience at this location. While the atmosphere was nice, I've never seen worse portion sizes at any Subway. I placed my order online and arrived while they were still making it—thankfully. They initially tried to give me about half the usual amount of meat I’ve received at other Subway stores. It was barely enough to cover the bread when laid flat. I asked them to add more, and while they were hesitant at first, they finally added an extra scoop after I mentioned I’d request a refund. It feels like the owner is cutting corners everywhere possible. They don’t honor Subway coupons—even official ones directly from Subway—unless they’re through the app. To make matters worse, they regularly run out of basic ingredients like spinach. Place feels kind of desolate. The employees are nice, but they're about as nice as they can be when they're paid minimum wage. They at least accept military discount now, but they currently neither accept paper coupons nor are a participating location in promotional deals. Worst part is you won't know till you get there and you're greeted by a piece of paper on the door. The food was average per usual, its technically fast food anyways. I'd recommend a different location though. tl;dr: 1. Military discount accepted 👍 2. Okay food, good service👍 3. Not currently participating in paper coupons or promotional deals through online ordering👎

DO. NOT. COME HERE. !!!! Go right next door to publix and get a NICE footlong for 10.99 !!!! LOADED WITH TOPPINGS ! And....you don't have to sit there and BEG for more vegetables to the sandwich maker...publix is HAPPY to pile it on for you !

Been coming here fo 5 yrs and have used coupons every time. No sign stating no coupons and I ordered a 6” and paid almost $9.00. Meat is also rationed. Sad to say they lost my service. New ownership. Hope they realize this. Going to tell all my coworkers.
