Subway

My fiance brought home subway tonight, the subs were great but my cookie on the other hand. Chocolate chips have always been one of my go to favs from here! Not sure if the recipe was changed or someone made a bad batch but this is no good. I didn’t finish my cookie because it’s really not good. I’m disappointed.

I ordered a sub for pickup at 4:50 and the app tells me it's going to be ready by 5:15. I show up there and it says it's ready and to ask for it at the counter. Low and behold, the two workers haven't even started making the order. Instead of hopping on it, they decide to make subs for the entire line of people before my order that was already supposed to be ready and even make orders for people who came in after I did. I could have waited in line and gotten my order faster. When I complain, one of the workers says "We have two people and have to make 20 subs" like that's somehow the customer's fault. Either fix your process or hire more people. I ended up cancelling my order after waiting 40 minutes for them to make it. Terrible customer service.

This is the worst looking $10 salad I have ever seen in my life. The bowl isn’t even halfway full and the chicken looks nasty. Unless you prefer stingy proportions, don’t go here :)

have found a hair in my sub twice now, i didn’t want to complain but this is the second time and it’s disgusting. please wear hairnets
