Alex is the man! I’m between two subways one off monument and Merrill. Merrill location is the best. Clean subway and Alex made the sandwiches to perfection with great service! I’ll be back! Thanks again!

I do my evening runs to this location twice a week and i am greeted with superior service and very welcoming atmosphere! This location is nailing it in the department of costumer service and they make an effort to get to know their consumers. Id suggest these guys to anyone!

The floors and tables were dirty. There was something "off" about the sweet onion teriyaki that I ordered, and the person making my sandwich definitely used less meat than every other Subway restaurant that I have visited recently. Someone from corporate needs to look into this franchise.

So I've been to a lot of subways all over the world. And I have to say this was the first one I ever saw with a Keurig machine and various flavors of coffee. And they even brought it to the table. The place was fully stocked super clean I have to say probably the best of way I've been too. Alicia who was making the sandwiches while we were packed around 5 p.m. was just turning them out and they were great! Tom was very hospitable and had excellent service both of them deserve 5-stars. I will definitely be back to this location and I hope other people decide to go to this location rather than other experience.

Been here three times. every time the order was wrong, and took nearly an hour for 3 subs to be made. Don't waste your time and money.
