Subway

On Wednesday Feb 18th around 6pm, we placed an order for a protein pocket. First of all, this location does not deserve any rating stars. Second of all, the service we received was terrible. The employee that served us spoke to us as if he didn’t even want to be there, would not even look at us, or engage with us. We had ordered a protein pocket before at different subway locations and know that it is supposed to be toasted, which the employee did not do. He just served it to us as is. Also, in other times, we were able to customize a protein pocket and add or remove veggies, however the employee said in a very rude manner that we can not do that, we can only get it as it comes. Further more when we got home, we could not even eat it due to it having a couple of ants in it, so we just toss

Very unsatisfied with the way the dude they're prepared the sandwich, teaching his hair/ hat & other things during the process. Gives me my change & proceeds to make the next sandwich with the same gloves on the whole time. Someone might get sick, very unprofessional. Never again.

Im going to have to start driving to a other subway cause man these employees are always in a bad mood. Disrespectful as well. The man serving us was coughing. Anyways i advise going to a different subway than coming here. Me and my family went in with cheery vibe and came out with horrible energy from there.

Ridiculous prices. Over $30 for two 6in combos. Called to check if my check was correct and they never answered. I had to go in to verify if my ticket was correct and the lady did not seem she was in a good mood in the way she was answering. Then I told her I was trying to call and she said they didn't have a phone. I told her why was there a phone number on Google then? She just said that they didn't have a phone. Her attitude was kinda like just deal with it. Never going back to any subway locations

My transaction # is 1/A-97752 for the Manager in charge of this store The time I came to purchase my 2 foot long sandwiches was at 10:14 PM. The date is 4-6- 2025. Employee did not have his name tag so I could not identify him, but he was in a really bad mood. I did not feel comfortable ordering yet I still placed the order I feel like I was either being rushed or plane not welcome at the store. This is the second time I’ve come to the store. The first time was wonderful, but this second time that I came it was not good service at all. Employee was slamming things before I was finished with my order. He started bagging my stuff like wanting me to get out I did not appreciate that at all. I used to work for Subway and this is not the way you treat customers no matter how upset you are. You
