Subway

We have been to this location 3 times in the last couple of months. The first time was great. The young man working was friendly and attentive. The sandwich was great. The second time, the girl working was not friendly, and the sandwich bread was hard, I believe it was from the previous day. The 3rd our sandwich bread was fresh.

I went to the SUBWAY in ANNA today at 804 S. CENTRAL EXPY ANNA and couldn't believe the experience I had there. When they began making my Oven roasted chicken with provolone cheese footlong they toasted it like I asked them. Problem was they overtoasted the bread. They wanted to use the same meat and cheese and transfer it to a new footlong to start over. I had to make them do it the right way. However on the 2nd try when they attempted to heat it up the problem here was they melted the cheese but the meat and the roll were cold. I had lettuce and tomato with ranch on it. They put too much ranch. When I asked them for a refund they said they were not allowed to process a refund or provide a store credit. Their manager was not there. They claim they attempted to call her in front of me but

I will not return to this Anna, Texas location. I placed an online order for pickup. Upon my arrival at the alloted pickup time, my order had not been made. I waited and watched as the employee from the back, mopping the floor came and created my order. Then the employee failed to wash his hands, and just put on gloves to complete the order. Then the employee failed to add the extra protein I had already paid for. When asked about it, the employee stated he had place the extra on there, but you could clearly see the meat was sparse. Then the employee balled up my receipt and I never received any. This is unsanitary and I simply discarded the food.

Usually when I come into the Anna location, I have issues with them making the sandwiches super messy and a mess. They have new employees every time I go. Today there were 2 Hispanic young ladies. The shorter 1 was VERY rude. She made a footlong sandwich and put a 6 inch amount of Philly steak. When I asked for a footlong amount, she said I have to pay extra. She then said she is the manager and she can call the owner. When she came back, she said the owner told her to charge me more. The taller young lady kept looking at her out of the corner of her eye knowing she wasn’t doing right. The girl kept smirking at me & laughed when I said no thank you. I went to another location in Melissa and she made the sandwich correctly with no issues. I told their manager about my experience at the Anna

My sandwiches were drenched in mustard and loaded with banana peppers. I asked for a small amount of mustard and got a sandwich dripping with mustard when picked up. The peppers were overpowering- around 50 pepper rings per sandwich. By the time I got the sandwiches home the bread was soggy and paper around the sandwiches was wet. Sandwiches were horrible.
