Subway

First things first: prices are way, way up. Also, customers at this location are prompted to tip now. What is that? When did it start, and why? The owner of this franchise location (there’s a sign on the door that says this Subway is locally owned and operated) should be responsible for paying his employees, not customers. I got a footlong sub here. It was exactly what you’d expect it to be if you ever eaten at a Subway. I was disappointed by the fact that there were no cookies available (see picture) when I was there. The back of the restaurant by the bathrooms is pretty grimy looking, but the everywhere else looks fine inside. The lady who made my sub was friendly.

Unacceptable Quality - Shoddy Teriyaki Sub Presentation I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Arlington Subway location. I ordered a Teriyaki Sub sandwich, and upon opening the packaging, I was dismayed to discover that the sandwich was in a deplorable state. The sandwich was haphazardly assembled, with the ingredients spilling out of the sides, rendering it practically inedible without making a mess. The presentation of the sandwich was shockingly poor, and the overall appearance was far below the standards one would expect from a Subway restaurant. Additionally, the teriyaki sauce appeared old and clumpy, giving the impression of neglect in the preparation of the food. Ordered a Spicy Italian foot long sandwich. This sandwich is supposed to have Salami and Pepperoni. I was given ham and pepperoni, which is pretty gross actually, and is not how the sandwich is made. The bread was dry and tomatoes were soggy. Waste of money; won't be back.

Wife wanted Subway for dinner, as we live close to Hwy 9. She ordered her usual meatball sub, and had no issues. I ordered the beast sub, toasted. While it tasted fine, it made me sick the next day. The people behind the counter were friendly and quick. This is a franchise, and they do not honor coupons, discount codes, or promotional deals on TV. I would not recommend based on the quality of the food in this store, and will not be back.

I ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 foot long cookie via the subway app for pickup. The sandwiches were mediocre and the cookie I received was a normal chocolate chip, but I paid $5 for it. Do better subway.
