Subway

I've been going there for about 19 years or so. It has steadily gotten worse and worse. My first visit in at least 6 months today, just to see if anything changed. It has. It's worse than ever. Nearly everything was a failure and I will never go back. They don't honor any deal from the app and I was told I could only order from their in-store menu. The lady there lacks customer service skills and seems to enjoy or at least not be embarrassed by angering customers. Since I could not use my coupon from the App, I chose a footlong Tuna sub. They still have the large steel cover over the meats so you cannot watch them put the tuna on your sandwich. Most Subways have gotten rid of that cover as it is bad to not let the customer see the meats and salads they put on your sandwich. This place see

I ordered a veggie patty from door dash and the staff didn’t even bother to have the veggie patty on my sub. And the store didn’t even try to contact me or nothing. Too bad service and don’t eat here never ever.

RUDE customer service when I was extremely polite to them. The food literally has mold on it. Cookies were very hard and gross! Food was not fresh at all. So gross

Yesterday I went in to get a sandwich. I knew it was overpriced, but I needed something quick during lunch at work. For a 6 inch sub with chips and a drink it cost nearly $15. The worker also pointed to the tip choice when I paid by card and said "dont forget us" as if spending $15 for a sandwich wasn't enough already. I always get low portions of meat and they seem to not want my business, so I will go elsewhere from now on.

Terrible customer service! Placed a mobile order and they tried to charge extra for gardinera when nowhere on the menu does it say it costs $1 extra nor does any other subway charge for that ingredient. When I questioned them about the price I was told the manager made the rule. Also they made the sandwich incorrectly and when I called to try and get it resolved the employee insisted it was made correctly and I was hung up on… go to the one in Hanover park or carol stream instead.
