Subway

Always order from here. This time is the last. Sandwich is the worst I have ever had. Guess that's what happens when employees are more worried about their phones. Can't get the order made correctly.

My brother ordered a few sandwiches from this specific subway, for some odd reason they got everyone's sandwich right but when it came to mine, I ordered a blt toasted with ranch, when I got home from work it was suspiciously light and when I opened it there was only two strips of bacon and a thin line of ranch. He told me that he went to quickly use the bathroom and when he came back they had already wrapped up everything and put it in the bag. They took advantage of his absence and scammed him, he paid for the sandwiches with his own money. I'm very obviously angered by this and I recommend going to a different restaurant if this is the kind of service that they allow.

We ordered a footlong "The Philly", I asked if we could change the cheese. That was it, assuming the onions and peppers would be added to the meat. I did not pay attention because I was ordering "the philly". My mother got additional items on hers. We open our "Philly" to find cheese and meat. I took my half asked where were the peppers and onions? I was told "I did not ask for them." We went back several times, I should not have to ask for them, I ordered the Philly. Both girls were arguing with me. We were charged $18 for bread, cheese and meat! I WILL NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I should have looked at the reviews before we entered this location.

Abraham is our favorite ever!!! We come here to see him weekly and he always remembers our orders and is so attentive and always has a smile on his face!!! He is a delight and you can tell he is passionate about his work and does it so well! I hope corporate and the GM is aware of this rare talent!

I recommend this restaurant to change their attitude. Ivanna was already showing attitude when she kept cutting into my husbands conversation with the gentleman helping him then when she got her chance to help me I was asking her about the new steak and cheese melt and by God I have had better service then what she gave me. Every question I had was given a short non positive answer. It made me so mad I didn’t even want to try that sandwich I just got my usual the chicken bacon ranch on Italian cheese and herb with spinach bell pepper and purple onion. My sandwich was mostly bread. I hate my service from this subway. Thank God I don’t live on this side so I don’t have to continue to have horrible service from a place I love and enjoy eating. Ivanna you need to step up your customer service,
