Subway

Very bad experience. This happened on Wednesday, January 14, 2026. I placed an order that the restaurant received at 3:16 PM. I arrived to pick it up at 4:10 PM, and I was told that my order was not ready and that I needed to give them more time with laughing. I could not wait because I had my dog in the car, I was paying for babysitting. I returned again around 6:10 PM, and the experience was even worse. The woman serving customers, with ID #999997 (since she refused to give me her name), was very rude and rough, did not apologize at all. Extremely poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and no respect for the customer’s time. I do not recommend this location.

I placed an order for cookies and the young lady who is there wasn’t trained to bake them. She was so sweet. But what kind of mess is that? How come Subway hires staff that are not trained. The other night I walked in to buy cookies and another lady was there saying that she just started and there were no cookies baked. It was only 6 PM. The previous worker did not bother to bake any for the next shift. That’s a bunch of nonsense. I think subway needs to staff one more person.

It’s not hard when you place the order online to follow simple directions aside from adding things I did not order and burning my bread when I don’t get my sandwiches, toasted absolutely horrendous

I stopped in to grab a meatball sub worst sub I ever had meatballs were burnt and tasted like crab u don't need to keep them so hot they sit there and cook turn the temp down

The staff was great. Both gentlemen were friendly and welcoming. They worked as a team and handled each customer with care. They placed great attention to everyone order and we're very accommodating and courteous. The restaurant was very clean. The food was fresh as well. I had a great experience.
