Only a Minor error. Ordered online and wanted Italian Bread but recieved Italian Herbs & Cheese.

The app said my food would be ready at 7:45 when i placed the order at 7:25. I got here at 7:50 and the guy with the man bun working the front said he “barely got the order” and now it is 7:55 and i have to wait for them to still make my food? what is the point of the app then? even the app said my food was done when it wasn’t. it was also grimey inside, worst subway location i’ve probably visited 👎

Came in at 9:30 and they were packing up everything which is fine.. i work customer service so i totally understand being prepared to get out of there when it’s closing time. They close at 11 so i didn’t feel too bad going in at 9:30. With that being said they made me feel extremely guilty for even stepping foot in the place. They wouldn’t talk to me, were very quiet. I asked for mozzarella cheese at first but was mistaking it for provolone cheese so i asked what other white cheese they had and they told me that was all they had. I told them i swore they had another one but maybe they got rid of it and he answered they had provolone but he whispered it then quickly put 1 1/2 pieces of cheese on there and asked what else i wanted and when it came time to put mayo on my sandwich i asked him

Love the variety of sandwiches!! Always fresh!! I gave 3 stars because the last time I was there I saw a worker with her hair in the front hanging over the veggies.Gross!!! I'm glad she wasn't doing my sandwich.A long hair must of fallen for sure.She is suppose to have it back within the hairnet.Overall besides that it's good.
