Subway

I was served by Kaleb tonight and he was by far one of the best service people i’ve ever ran into. He was very kind, welcoming, and his jokes were funny. Definitely a great pick for customer service. Keep up the good work. Also made my food incredibly fast so props to him!🙂

Experience was terrible. There was trash all over the floors and the counter tops clearly haven't been cleaned in days. The sandwich roll I got was so stale I couldn't eat it and threw it away anyway. Wast of $

Mobile ordered ahead when I went to pick up at the time the app said it would be ready I was informed that they were out of Tuna. They did ask if I wanted something else and I did not. Only then did they start making my second sub that should have been already done .

Just had lunch here. Owner is super nice and customer service was awesome. Kept apologising for the wait I had with my order. Great service. Great food!!

Ordered a BLT at this store. Bacon was not cooked! Called the store for them not to answer the phone. I’ve never experienced this at a Subway. Seems their management team should evaluate the procedures with their staff. I ended up having to remove the bacon. Which was the main part of the sandwich and just eat the veggies. Very unsatisfied and disappointed.
