Estela is the best worker in all of the subways in Cape Coral, she is fast , efficient, and does not mess around or waste time. I got to subway all over CapeCoral and no one is as good as Estela.

Service has been ok for me personally, but the operator of this location is not honoring or participating in the corporate promotions such as the $6.99 foot long offer. Very disappointing as it’s a nice way for customers to get a deal in this economy, add some extras, and throw a tip to the sandwich artists. All other locations in Cape Coral are participating in this promotion, just leaving this southwest shop as an outlier. If I’m paying full price I’d recommend any of the local Jimmy John’s, Firehouse Subs, or Jersey Mike’s for better proteins and service over Subway anyway. Ask yourself if the below pictures are acceptable value for a “Ultimate B.M.T.” For $9.99… where’s the actual meat? Been here quite a few times on Friday evenings. Every time I have been at this particular Subway it has been perfect! Employees greet us with a smile and is there to help promptly. Vegtables on the line is full, fresh and counter is clean! The tables and floors are also nice and clean. All of that is very important to us. We appreciate the great service that this Subway offers. Thank you keep up the good work!!

Ordered a chicken teriyaki sub and the biggest bone was in it almost chocked to death. Returned it for a meatball sub and they made be bring back the chicken sub. Which by the way cost a whole lot more than the meatball and didn't even get an offer to return the difference in money. I hate subway

I would give it no stars if it were available. I used to come here weekly/biweekly. The amount of meat on the subs have decreased so much this will be my last visit. The amount on a 12” sub would have been perfect for a 6” sub. Employees agreed with me and told me they have to go so little per boss’ orders. Ridiculous! $31 spent for 3 subs that I could have gone to a restaurant with better meats and sat down to eat. If you wants a sub roll for dinner, this is your place! If you want a sub, go down the walkway to Publix.
