Subway

3 times I’ve been to this location and all 3 times I sat in the drive through waiting for someone to greet or take my order and no one ever did. Twice I just left when no one came after waiting for at least 5 minutes. The third time I went to the window to see one of the employees leaning against the window. She told me they were “busy doing orders” and forgot about the drive through. I would understand if this happened once but 3 times Ia disappointing.

I'm not the type of person to leave a bad review but this guy was disrespectful. So when I was going  through the dive thru and have in mind I have my 1yr old in the car. I hear something on the intercom and ask him politely " hello, say that again I couldn't hear you" and I repeated my self 3 time. In my mind I'm guessing that they are having issues with the intercom, I get it, so I drove to the window and I can see he was helping someone (he only had 1 customer at this time), so I waited. After a little I look up and there was no one there, so I drive around and here I am taking out my 1yr old and I go in. I waited and when he came out, I asked him "Is your intercom not working? I been waiting for a while and I even waited by the window".  He tells me " I told you to wait i was helping

I’ve had several issues this past month at this subway. The first being that every time I’ve gone through the drive through, I get no response whatsoever and I either end up leaving after waiting 10 minutes or I go inside. The second being they canceled my online order but wouldn’t tell me why. The third is their door is busted or something. When you open the door, if you let go it swings back with an abnormal amount of force. It hit my daughter in the head and made her bleed. Luckily no stitches were needed or I’d be filing a lawsuit. I don’t care how good or bad their food is. The service is terrible and their lack of repairs is dangerous. I will not be returning to this subway.

The worst subway. I have tried to go about 5 times within the last couple months and each time I had not been attended to at all in the drive through. Not even to be told to wait and welcomed. Nothing. So I sit there for 10 mins still with nothing and end up leaving and will pass the window with someone just sitting in there on their phone or a group of workers who just decided to ignore me…?? Never again. Learned my lesson.

With Mobile ordering, time is often what we are trying to save. The wait time after ordering is definitely not faster than placing an order at the counter, however the time spent in and out of the store is usually what matters. Tonight was a bit disappointing. Our order was delayed and wasn’t ready for an additional 25 minutes after the initial specified time. Usually this location does much better.
