I came into the store was greeted almost immediately by a young man Jadiel . He was extremely patient and helpful when I had a complicated order with several modifications. He maintained a positive, friendly attitude even though the store was very busy, and he still made my sandwich perfectly. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my food preference was accommodated, and his attention to detail was outstanding. Thank you 😊

These workers don't know how to scan their own coupons, don't know how to enter the code on the coupon, and when my husband went in today (within the 24hrs) for my refund, the worker informed us that she doesn't have a boss and she will be calling the police. Maim, if you don't know how to do your job, I'll go ahead and handle that for you. Cooperate is my next call, you picked the wrong one.

Worst place to get food! My mom came to pick up a Beast salad for me and when I got it they had cold Terryiaki chicken and lettuce in the bowl! No vegetables besides lettuce and spinach! I will be telling everyone not to stop at the Subway on Norland Ave!!!

Worst customer service and worst Subway to stop at. Unwelcoming environment and poor food quality.. I knew I should have just went to Jersey Mikes or another Subway. Immediately as I enter the building to look at the menu, I was asked three times if I was picking up a mobile order. I politely stated no I’m placing an order. One of the worker’s name was Kendall , she was nice for the most part. Not rude and unwelcoming as the other girl working with her.
