Subway

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went in got 3 grinders one for my kid, had to listen to a detox story from the worker while making my grinders and I should have left right then and there but I listened and didnt say anything and I get home my kid opens his grinder with a huge hair sticking out of it. There is literally no point in going anywhere for fast food anymore no matter what the place is. Nobody cares anymore and most of the people working in these places dont care. I will never step foot in that subway again.

Ordered on the App. Gave me a pickup time about 25 minutes later. Right about the time I was supposed to pickup, I got the notification that my sandwich was ready, but nothing was on the pickup rack when I entered the store. The only person working started preparing 2 customers sandwiches. When he finally turned to me and I asked for my sandwich, he said he hadn't even started it yet. Why say it's ready then? I sat there for 10 minutes when you could have just not marked it as ready. The App is supposed to make life easier, but I would have had my sub sooner if I walked in and ordered.

robert was great. he was quick and efficient. great customer service skills. changed his gloves after touching tomato which i am allergic too. very friendly and a great conversationalist!! thank you so much!

Customer service is amazing! I always feel welcomed and my order is always correct. I always get take out or delivery though so I can't really speak on the atmosphere of dining in.

Generally pretty good service, friendly staff all the usual good stuff. It's better than the mouthy people by gamestop up the road who cheat you and instead of a flat serving of tuna, they would actually scrape some out of the scoop so it isn't even a full serving so who knows what else they do. But these guys have always treated me well right up until 10 minutes before close so they didn't mind serving a customer no matter much they may want to leave, they do a good job and treat people right.
