Subway

Asked about kids' meals, and the lady informed me they no longer do kids' meals. I had a 9yr and a 10-year-old with me who don't eat much, i understand if i was ordering for myself. It was still advertised on the boards and I had to order a 6 inch to split for them. Why is it still on the board if u dont offer it??was just in orlando 2 weeks ago and they still had kids meals.

Windows are dirty where all the condiments are it looks gross and nasty. They need to wipe down the windows. Food stations are nasty like come on wipe everything down.

The food was ok, all of the vegetables and meats were fresh that the lady that made my food put in the sub were good, but the Italian herb and cheese bread she used was almost as hard as a brick. I believe it may have been her first day working there, but I don't know (that's to preface what I say next). The service was slow-ish, she took a very long time to make the sub. The subs usually take about 3 minutes or less to make, and she made it in 5-7 ish minutes. The atmosphere was not that good, she was very nice to me and treated me with respect, but its in the middle of a gas station, so its dirty too. Overall, the experience was ok to good. Cathy is amazing! I've been to a LOT of Subway's and I've NEVER had service like hers. She is friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable, effective and very accommodating. She asked me how much of each sauce and topping i wanted and helped explain so many things with the menu. To top it all off, she was running the whole place BY HERSELF! During prime dinner time! I really hope she gets a raise or a promotion because we need more people like her.
