Subway

I have been going to this Subway for a number of years (over 5) due to the convenience, the service and the food. Today, I was met with something I have never encountered. After ordering a 6” tuna with all veggies except jalapeños, pickles, I was told that there is a limit on the number of veggies that I can have on my sandwich. Startled, I asked was that written somewhere and was told no but there is a max of 3-4 veggies on any sandwich. Hmm??? According to a Google search, as long as the artist can fold and close the sandwich, the customer can have as many veggies as they want. The gentleman continued to tell me that it was not in writing but there is a max of 3-4 veggies on any sandwich. It was tuna that is spread thin and was foldable with room to spare. Subway intentionally overcharged me for my combo and the size of the sandwich. I asked for the daily combo, which is $6.99+ tax. Today's deal is for turkey, so I asked for a 6" turkey on Italian Herbs and Cheese. The bread was correct, but the sandwich was not 6". The server made an approximate cut, which means that the other person receiving the other half of the loaf will receive more than 6" (free extra, thanks to my shorted portion). Why doesn't Subway have a ruler on the counter so that everyone can get equal halves of the loaf? It's not like there have not been complaints about the same exact thing in the past. This is the way I go every day lol I love Service and but customer service is poor while Ladey when she said she’s like her face is like not good when you ask something she’s like look like tired not good customer service I ordered foot-long raspberry she put it for tomato. I said I wanna you have to pay extra

Went during the middle of the day and the service was extremely slow. There was only 1 and a half person working because the other guy hid in the back it seems most of my visit. I literally stood in line and wrote this review. Go to another Subway if you can!

This was the WORST Subway xperiences ever! The owner is nasty & mean. They make sloppy, soggy sandwiches. I paid for 4 oatmeal raisin cookies, but I received 3 chocolate chip cookies. When I called to complain she constantly interrupted me, was rude & unwilling to correct anything. I'm handicap n she was unrelenting & unwilling 2 correct r replace items. My order was nearly $30 & I received the WORST service ever.
